For many people, losing weight is synonymous with deprivation. However, for one reality star, shedding some extra pounds was easier than you’d expect—and the process included regular fast-food indulgences. In a Q&A session posted to her Instagram Stories (via Us Weekly), Don’t Be Tardy Star Brielle Biermann revealed that she’d slimmed down by combining intermittent fasting and eating her favorite fast food meals—namely, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches.
“I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERYDAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch. I only eat between 3-8 every day!” the star explained.
This isn’t the first time Brielle has opened up about her love of the time-restricted eating plan. In 2019, the star talked on Instagram about setting specific hours for eating, crediting the process with helping her slim down. After Brielle posted a photo of herself in a red bikini to her account, a follower asked her how she’d transformed her body, to which the Bravo star responded, “Intermittent fasting.”
The reality star has never been shy about sharing her passion for the fast-food chain with her fans, either. On March 11, a fan tweeted at Brielle, asking her if she was aware that Chick-fil-A sauces were now available in large bottles at grocery stores. Brielle responded that she not only knew, she’d already purchased a number of the condiments for herself.
YES! Trust me i have a bunch in my fridge!! Haha thank you ❤️ https://t.co/DSjVI585Jk

So, what does the star order when she hits the Chick-fil-A drive thru? A chicken sandwich with extra pickles or a spicy chicken sandwich with extra sauce and a large soda.

In fact, Brielle has admitted in the past that her Chick-fil-A habit is such an integral part of her routine that she experienced “withdrawals” at the beginning of the COVID pandemic when she couldn’t get her meal of choice.
In a 2020 exclusive with Us Weekly, the star said that when her dad, NFL star Kroy Biermann, wouldn’t let her go to the drive-thru in the early months of the pandemic, it caused a pretty major rift.
“We got in this huge argument one day because finally I was like, ‘I don’t know if I’m having withdrawals or what’s happening, but I’m going a little insane here. I just want some sense of normalcy. Can I please go to Chick-fil-A?'”
It’s clear that the love between the reality star and the chain is mutual; on Dec. 1, 2020, Brielle complained that the chain never responded to her tweets, to which the Chick-fil-A account replied, “We can assure you we love all our fans, Brielle!” And for more stars who love fast food, This Country Singer Just Shared That She Eats McDonald’s Every Month.
